Booking conditions

Reservation
For every reservation on this web you (the client) are required to give personal information which is necessary to register your reservation at hotel Corona Opéra. You are also requested to give the details of a credit card validly and legally held by you.

A deposit will be debited from this credit card at reservation time. This deposit is included on the room price and it is non-refundable even in case of your reservation being amended or cancelled.

To amend your reservation you must contact directly hotel Corona Opéra to verify availability, prices and extra-cost.
Attention: some reservation cannot be modified, please read the special conditions for each rate at the room description.

Cancellation
Please note that some reservations/offers/packages are not refundable in case of cancellation (Hot Deal, Hard Rock Café…). You will find the conditions on the room description for each rate.

For refundable reservation, please follow the instructions on your confirmation e-mail. Every reservation must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no show, you will be charged for the first night on your credit card.

We do our best to give the must up to date information on this website.

Any disputes will be subject to French law and will fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
