Reservation

  • How can I know if my reservation is confirmed?
    You will receive a confirmation for your reservation by mail. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact the hotel booked.
  • What is the reservation policy?
    The reservation policy depends on the offer requested and the dates selected. Some reservations cannot be modified or cancelled.
    You can know if there are special conditions on the rate description. If not the general hotel policy applies.
  • Can I Change/Cancel my reservation?
    Not all reservations can be modified or cancelled. It depends on the rate policy (you can read it on the rate description).
    In any case the reservation fees are not refundable.
    To cancel your reservation click on the link located on your confirmation mail.
    To request your reservation modification, please contact the hotel to verify availability and rates.
  • Do I need to give my credit card
    Your credit card is necessary to confirm your booking on this website. The reservation fees will be charged as a deposit on your credit card at confirmation.
    All credit card transactions are secured.
  • Is my booking secured?
    Yes all your credit card information is secured with our reservation system.

Room rates

  • What does the room rate include?
    The room rates are VAT, local taxes and reservation fees inclusive.
    Along the year we propose different offers including special services. You can read the services included below the rate description.
  • Are there reservation fees?
    There is a reservation fee (4%) which is included on the room rate. It will be charged as deposit at confirmation and is not refundable even in case of cancellation or modification.
  • Does the room rate includes taxes?
    VAT and other local taxes are included on the room rate.
